Une tragédie absurde qui se déroule dans une société répressive où le baiser est puni de mort et où les gens paient en recevant des gifles au visage. Angine, une femme malheureuse, fait des achats compulsifs dans un grand magasin et se laisse captiver par une vendeuse ingénue. Malgré l’interdiction de s’embrasser, les deux se rapprochent, éveillant les soupçons d’une collègue jalouse.
An absurdist tragedy set in a repressive society where kissing is punishable by death, and people pay for things by receiving slaps to the face. Angine, an unhappy woman, shops compulsively in a department store. There, she becomes fascinated by an ingenuous salesgirl. Despite the prohibition of kissing, the two become close, raising the suspicions of a jealous colleague.
